Our National Catastrophe Claims Team specializes in handling disaster claims and will work hard to handle your claim fairly and efficiently so that you can recover as quickly as possible. The catastrophe claims process
Understanding the catastrophe claims process can help you know what to anticipate on the road to recovery.
TALK WITH A CATASTROPHE TEAM MEMBER.
A Catastrophe Claim Center team member will typically follow up within 24 hours; however, it may take longer depending on the circumstances.
EVALUATE THE DAMAGES FOR AN ESTIMATE.
Your claims team member will schedule an inspection of the damage and prepare an estimate for covered damages based on necessary repairs and/or replacement.
REVIEW YOUR ESTIMATE.
Your adjuster will contact you to discuss the damage estimate and settlement based on your policy provisions, terms and coverage.
COMPLETE YOUR CLAIMS.
We will complete your claim by sending you appropriate documents and applicable payments and by answering any questions that you may have.
